In celebration of the 50th anniversary of Vernacular, an annual student art, design, and literary publication, the Vernacular team decided to do something that’s never been done before in Vernacular history. We introduced the first-ever hardcover along with the incorporation of gold foiling to represent the 50th anniversary. This issue is a turning point for Vernacular, pushing the boundaries of what has been done in the past as it is the biggest in size and page count.
